Our West Coast Patina Applications

Illustrating a brilliant range of hues and coloration, Bronze Fine Art Collection handcrafts exclusive art gallery designs and continues to lead the industry in pioneering innovative West Coast patina applications for several world-class bronze artisans.

Located in Southern California our fabrication foundry combines cutting-edge metal manufacturing techniques with impeccable attention to quality control and finish detail. Bronze Fine Art Collection is known for launching Tim Cotterill’s Frogman line into the most collected bronze limited-edition sculpture series.

Whether crafting a piece for a gallery or private collector, each sculpture requires 200-300 hours of specialized individual production before shipment. Due to the porosity of metal, our foundry hand welds the small pits that naturally occur in bronze molding. Taking the time to tool a smooth sculpture surface assures application of a seamlessly flawless patina finish.

This attention to detail has also prompted more galleries and customers to ship damaged sculptures to our foundry for restoration work. Fortunately bronze is one of the few artistic mediums that, when broken or scratched, can be repaired — which furthers your investment in these remarkable limited-edition collectibles.

Bringing Art to Life

As a professional sculptor it has always been a challenge for me to find a bronze foundry that can replicate the vibrance of West Coast patina colors as well as create a strong and lasting relationship with. I have found the perfect foundry.

Bronze Fine Art Collection, owned and operated by Rigo Munoz, is responsible for producing all of my work. The quality is excellent and the skilled craftsman are all well-trained professionals. The staff is knowledgeable, well-mannered and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I began having Bronze Fine Art Collection cast and fabricate molds for the “Harvey Dog” line about two years ago. They are a pleasure to do business with.

The materials Bronze Fine Art Collection uses in its molds are top quality and the molds are excellent. The Bronze Fine Art Collection team is staffed with reliable top-notch people. Each and every completed bronze casting is smooth and flawless as beyond any other producer I have seen. The patinas — whether classic bronze, marbleized, or a highly polished glass-like finish — are amazing with a choice of colors that bring, in my case, my art to life.

We have been shipping my “Harvey Dog” collection across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and beyond. I can attest to the to the finished product, as I frequently receive compliments from gallery owners along with very positive response from clients.
